Per-Kjetil Skare (born 1985) is the CEO of AGM. Prior to joining AGM, he served as an Investment Manager with Aker ASA. Prior to Aker ASA, he worked in investment banking. He is a director of the board of Aker Energy Ghana. Mr. Skare holds a MSc. degree in Finance and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Mr. Skare is a Norwegian citizen.
